The LIBRARY Design Studio is a Bangkok-based multidisciplinary practice
specializing in architecture and interior design, designing projects across Thailand and internationally.

Founded by Pete Danpraserdkul (Creative Director) and Ploy Thunglaohavichien (Managing Director).
The studio draws from extensive experience in international design, particularly in luxury hospitality and high-profile residential projects.

With a commitment to design excellence and timeless aesthetics, the studio approaches each project, tailoring spaces to reflect the unique context and character. From architecture and interiors to lighting, landscape, and bespoke objects, every element is considered as part of a holistic design vision.

PETE DANPRASERDKUL
With over two decades of experience in hospitality and high-profile residential design, Pete has worked on projects across Australia, Singapore, China, Vietnam, India, the Maldives, and Thailand. Her experience spans the full spectrum of design, from concept development grounded in a strong sense of place to detailed execution through construction, leading teams with clarity and precision throughout every stage.

Her approach reflects a deep appreciation for the dialogue between interior design, architecture, lighting, and landscape, forming the foundation of her holistic and context-driven methodology. Pete continues to lead with this integrated perspective, delivering the highest standard of design quality.

Ploy brings a distinct dual perspective to every project she oversees, with a background that bridges both design and development. Trained as an architect, her professional experience extends across Singapore and Thailand, encompassing branded residential, luxury residential, and hospitality developments.

Her extensive involvement in branded residential and hospitality projects has refined her expertise in aligning global brand standards with each project's design and operational goals. Ploy focuses on achieving the optimal balance between aesthetic excellence, functional performance, and commercial objectives, ensuring consistent quality across all project stages.
